Join Chartered Physiotherapist Andrew O’Neill, of AON Physiotherapy, for an hour long workshop to discuss why prolonged sitting causes musculoskeletal pain and how simple movement assessments and e

It will help to develop your understanding of how you can look after your wellbeing during tough times and how the application of the Five Ways to Wellbeing can become an effective coping strategy.
