Remembering our Dead

Doora Barefield Parish remembers thirty-five parishioners who have died since All Soul’s Day last year.
There’s a sacred space in each of our churches with Remembrance Tree holding the names of all these deceased parishioners. You are welcome to visit these sacred spaces to add the names of your deceased loved ones to the tree.
For the month of November, we remember all those whose funerals were celebrated in our parish since this time last year. We also remember family members and friends who died away from home and because of restrictions we were not in a position to attend their funerals.
Our parish graveyards have now been blessed and we encourage people to visit the graves of their loved ones for private prayer during this month of remembrance.
The light of heaven to all of them.
